lem wants his account back?
lem asked us to block him for a while so he could take a break from discussion forums. We've done this for people in the past when they needed a break as well (nearly Jef one week). He hasn't e-mailed us to ask for his account back, so we haven't re-enabled it, though apparently he's contacting libcom posters on other forums to ask them to ask us to re-enable it.
However, we had warned him more than once about flooding threads with multiple posts, which was enough of a problem that we've considered a ban if it kept going, so if he e-mails us we'll unblock his account, but he'll still be on final warning for the mass posting, because hitting "edit" isn't hard, and it makes it almost impossible to follow threads when people do that.

Er.. OF COURSE the multiple posting will be inadvertant, unconsciously done and connected with lems eg schizophrenia and a learning difficulty he has also mentioned on here - he is really open about all this stuff...so i am not saying anything he hasn't said himself on the boards. 
How did the admin not get this?? 
Anyway i will pm one when i get the chance, and i will be telling lem exactly what i said when/if he returns - i will do a c and p.

There are people on here recently who endlessly post what they think are hilarious buddy-buddy 'wise'cracking exchanges interspersed with equally annoying anarcho-leftist/-nationalist politics who I find far more irritating than lem, who, in his own way, is making more effort to learn something here. And considering the flaming shit that has been unreasonably over-tolerated here in the past I don't see why he should be the one getting a warning. Obviously he's just not as 'cool' as the ones who're more tolerated.

Most of that is going on in the NEFAC forum, which we have a choice of hosting or not hosting, but can't ban NEFAC members/supporters from for posts in it.
We've permanently banned Chuck twice now, and temp-banned thugarchist (in terms of flaming we've also temp-banned revol at least twice). lem, as yet, has not been banned, just temporarily blocked at his request.
