Proposed changes to forums

These are some changes I'm thinking of making to the forum structure in the next couple of weeks pending review, just letting everyone know so they can moan if they want too 
1. All group forums will be phased out as they aren't used. Groups will be asked about this first.
2. All UK forums will be merged into one.
3. 'World' will become 'Region's with the UK added there.

Posted in all the group forums in the UK category as that will be the first to be changed.
fwiw I agree with this. If a forum gets extremely busy, we split it, but we should also merge quiet ones.
