Can please somebody tell me when was this work published by Solidarity (Jones, The Experience of the Factory Committees in the Russian Revolution). I need it for bibliography statement.

I have it as 'Council Communist Pamphlet No. 2', published by Scorcher Publications, Cardiff, UK, 1984.
