Rebel Jill's been arrested

For those of us with long libcom memories, Rebel Jill was quite active on the forums for a while - bit eccentric, but heart was in the right place.

Unfortunately, the japanese police have decided he's a dangerous organiser in the run up to G8 and have arrested him
