Paul Petard

Paul Petard is an anarchist communist - with occasional mutualist deviations prompted by his recurring concerns that under communism he may have to share his toothbrush and sleeping bag (in a perhaps non-consensual way). He is also a periodic reviewer of radical texts, theorist/ranter (mainly in his occasional zine "The Whinger") and a long-time subversive cartoonist.
